One big family since 1946

In 1946, Émile Blanc founded a cleaning and caretaking company in Lausanne. Buoyed by the boom in the construction sector in the 1960s, Blanc SA experienced rapid growth and naturally expanded its range of services.

Following this expansion, René Blanc led the company for many years with passion and determination.

In the early 1980s, the third generation took over and structured the company into specialized departments, led by brothers Marc-Olivier, Thierry, and Philippe Blanc.

Since 2017, the fourth generation has joined the family venture.
Today, Yaëlle Blanc ensures the preservation of the social and human ethics that have always defined the company, while bringing an environmental dimension that has become essential.

We condemn undeclared work in order to promote a framework based on ethics and integrity. Under this approach, our employees and apprentices are covered by sector-specific collective agreements (CCTs) that guarantee good working conditions and pay. This purpose guides our decisions, our way of working with our clients, and our responsibility toward our employees, our partners, society, and the environment. It is part of our commitment formalized by B Corp certification since 2023, which we are renewing as part of evolving standards.

A clear direction, rooted in our profession

Professional cleaning is a sector subject to high demands for quality, safety, and reliability, with a high level of human intensity. Our commitment starts on the ground: responsible practices, safe working conditions, long-term client relationships, and constant attention to our environmental impact.

Our 2026–2031 strategy sets a clear direction: to develop Blanc SA in a controlled manner, by strengthening quality, teams, and sustainability. It is structured around five priorities:

  • Employees — stabilize teams and secure skills
  • Management — ensure controlled and profitable growth
  • Digitalization — structure and digitalize our processes by improving IT tools
  • Sustainability — strengthen resilience and integrate ESG issues (environment, social, governance)

This approach allows us to reconcile performance, responsibility, and sustainability, in service of a more human, more sustainable, and better recognized profession.
